About Color Formats

HEX Format
A hexadecimal color, e.g.

RGB Format

Colors from transparent areas include the alpha channel; the UI shows it in the current format and copying includes the transparency as well.
Very large images may be a bit slower due to browser memory limits; we recommend under tens of MB per image, while dominant-color extraction is fast for normal images.
Yes. On mobile you can tap the canvas to pick a color, and the magnifier works there too.
