Excel to PDF is a tool that converts Excel spreadsheets into PDF documents. It turns .xlsx, .xls and other files into clean, clear PDFs that are ideal for printing and sharing, supporting custom paper sizes and page orientations — all processed locally in your browser.
It only takes three steps. First upload or drag an Excel file, then select the paper size and page orientation in the parameter panel, and finally click "Start Processing" and download the generated PDF.
Mainstream formats are supported: .xlsx (Excel 2007+), .xls (Excel 97-2003), .xlsm (macro-enabled workbook), covering virtually all Excel file types used in daily work.
Each sheet is rendered as a separate table with the sheet name automatically added as a title. If there is only one sheet, the table content is rendered directly. All sheet data is included in the generated PDF.
The conversion preserves cell display values and basic table structure, including automatic date format recognition. Formula cells are converted to their calculated values. Complex cell styles (colors, fonts, borders, etc.) and charts are not supported at this time. We recommend adjusting formatting before conversion.
The generated PDF is an image-based PDF with clear content but text is not directly editable. We recommend keeping the original Excel file if you need editable table data. PDF is primarily intended for viewing, printing, and sharing.
If your table has many columns or long content, try these settings: ① Switch page orientation to "Landscape"; ② Select a larger paper size like A3; ③ Adjust the scale in the print preview (e.g., scale to fit page width).
Regular-sized Excel files are supported. For very large files, consider removing irrelevant data before conversion. The exact limits follow your membership benefits; the free quota already covers daily use.
